MPW Adaptation kit for MacApp R13u5

This is the MPW adaptation kit for Apple's MacApp R13u5. By applying this kit, you can start using MacApp under MPW environment. You can compile full library sources as well as _all_ of the sample applications (including network samples) supplied with MacApp.
This release of adaptation kit is compatible with univ.if 3.3.2 and STLport 4.0

STLport 4.5.1/MPW touch-up kit

Here is a little Japanese traditional "OTOSHIDAMA" present to the Macintosh Programmer's Workshop Community. This kit fixes the MPW incompatibilities left in the STLport 4.5.1 released package.
Just overwrite the original STLport 4.5.1 files with the ones supplied with this kit and run the MPW shell scripts contained in "test:regression:ReadMe.MPW".
