　 I worked in the merchandising section of a company for 24 years. 　 When I became 45, which is 14 years ago, I started　my own business as a business consultant, and also began another project called 　SALVUS , a herb restaurant about 10　years　ago.　My wife and one of my son are the main　persons　at the restaurant. 　Our restaurant　concept is "curing". 　We take care　in　the use of　good ingredients and are serving slow food. 　Especially female　customers are enjoying the　atmosphere of　the　restaurant.We cook creative Italian meals to match Japanese　peoples`tastes.We work hard and　enjoy 　meeting new people. In 2008,we plan to make a tree　house and start building a open-air bath.

It may be a good idea to spend two weeks or  so at different hosts, as this way you can have various different experiences.

　About your job .　Ｗaiter and wash dishes and cooking assistant and so on . It is easy for you ,but it is very　important　ｊｏｂ. Specially , your smile is most important for customer . 　In our business ,　taste and service and environment ,we have to do our best for everything , always. 　This is our time plan a day .　　breakfast : individually..........10:00 am : open arrangment ...11:00 am open ......about 3:00 pm board　lunch ..........　8:00 pm order stop...........　　9:00 pm close........ board dinner　　You are  requested to  work from 12 am till 6 pm . 　You can take shower and use my PC from 6 pm till 7 pm .7:00pm-8:00pm.....clean up, washing plates, etc. cooking and eating dinner. You are free except your working time . But if you like you can stay in the restaurant　with us .　 Of course , you have a free day  a week on tuesday .
